Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, you will be notified by email.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
AirBoosted is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Damages
AirBoosted is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for proof.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping fees.
